how are integrations added to the website package price?

Your website comes pre installed with the integrations you choose in the Brandaid Discovery form. Once installed and connected, they will be ready for you to customize to your need.

The integrations provided are programs that run on the backend of your website and are authored by different companies dependent on the specific integration. Some have free versions, some are paid depending on functionality.

If you require a paid version, you’ll pay for the necessary plugin and provide login credentials so we can get everything connected properly.

How do the integrations for my website work?

WordPress utalizes programs called plugins that are created by authors/companies like an app for your website that enhance the functionality of your site providing all sorts of integrations.

We add the integration requests from the Braidaid Discovery form plugins to your website for you and conncet them appropraitely. You will then go in and configure to your liking. Most all have their own documentation to guide you.

The basics: Get started

Take your time filling out the Brandiad Discovery Form. You can save and come back anf your info will still be there.
Once you are finished you submit the form.
You’ll be taken to a page to schedule your 15-minute Discovery Call where we finalize all details of your project.
Pay at the end of our call
You’ll receive your files for review to your inbox and/or login credential to your new website in a week!

What level of involvement do you need from me?

The beauty of this system is it was made for people wanting custom wordpress website and brand assets quickly and without compromising quality so you can be as involved or NOT as you’d like.

As little as:

15 min filling out the Brandaid Adventure Exploration form where you enter all info about your project. copy, brand preferences, hosting etc.
gather credentials necessary for when we chat.
15-min Brandaid Discovery Call where we finalize all aspects of your project together.
1 revision of branding kit/website.
Ready to use!

You have the option once your 5-page site is complete to customize any way you choose giving you complete control over all aspects of your site to DIY or hire a designer to help.

We include how-to videos for basic website process once logged into your control panel.

We install and connect the integrations included in your package, you customize to your liking based on your business needs.

Can I use any builder on my WordPress site once it’s complete?

We use a NO CODE approach! WordPress is a platform that uses different programs to function. Divi is the most popular visual website builders out there. We choose to use Divi because customization is really endless, the platform is super intuitive and is the most user friendly out there for those of you starting out.

Feel free once inside to use any builder you’d like to edit. We do however pre-install and include Divi for free in your package for you to use later.

What if I need functionality that is not listed in the package?

We want you to get what you want out of your new website. Let us know what you’re looking to accomplish when filling out the Brandaid Discovery form. If it is a function that is not listed in the package offerings we’ll let you know what the cost will be in our call or how to impliment.

What are options for hosting my new WordPress website?

You choose! You’ll receive your website download files to your email one week after our discovery call. Feel free to pick a host of your choice or if you decided to go with our Managed Hosting service we’ll get everything set up for you after our chat.

Can I use my existing Domain/URL?

Yep you can! However if you have not purchased one we ask that you let us do it for you as once the donain/URL order is placed it cannot be transfered to another hostingcompany for 60 days. If this is the case and you want to take advantage of Monthly Managed Hosting you’ll need to point your existing domain until a transfer is possible later.

What if I wanna add pages, blog posts or other functionality later to my WordPress site?

When complete your WordPress site comes ready for expansion!

You’ll receive login credentials to your new website which will give you access to a custom control panel.

Inside the control panel are options for accessing different functionality within the site.

We provide basic instructional how-to videos once inside on how to work with your Divi builder inside of WordPress to create stunning new content using the latest AI technology so your copy and imagery is on point and fast.

WordPress is an “open source” platform meaning the contributors and references for how-to’s are limitless.

Orders

How do I change my order?

You have 1 revision for each package. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed after the 24 hour cancelation period. Each additional whole package revision is $250. Please reach out to hello@brandaidlabs.com or chat with us on our website.

What are my payment options?

We accept all the popular payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, American Express, and Google Pay.

How long does it take to get my Branding Kit and WordPress Website?

Once we receive all info we need from you, your Discovery call is complete and payment made you’ll receive your package in one week.

How is my package delivered?

Your download files will be sent to your email once complete.
